About the Company:
Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for processing invoices and entering contracts for various firm projects.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking, coding, and processing invoices
- Entering and maintaining contracts in the firms accounting software
- Matching invoices against contracts for invoices processed through Ariba
- Work with property operations and development teams for invoice approvals
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Textura or JD Edwards a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
Salary Range:
$75,000-$90,000
