About the Company:

Our client is a global asset management firm that uses Discretionary Long/Short, Macro, and Systematic strategies to invest in eight offices across the globe.

They are seeking an early-career financial professional with a passion for teaching to leverage their experience in investment banking, investment research, and/or financial modeling to help lead and develop their Academy program. The Academy is the Firm’s training ground for its long/short equities financial analysts. This comprehensive development program trains undergraduates and early career professionals with the skills they need to be analysts at the Firm on an accelerated timeline. The curriculum includes intense modeling and research skill-building, focused on the sector- and company-specific research.



  • Collaborate with the Academy team to plan and execute strategic growth initiatives
  • Develop, create, and deliver content to advance long/short analyst development, Academy curriculum, and branding
  • Take an active role in curriculum planning and execution of multiple overlapping classes and programs
  • Train and mentor Academy analysts on developing core modeling, fundamental research, and analytical skills
  • Lead Academy associate evaluations
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal program participants and external vendors
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts with members of the Academy’s Business Development team and assist in producing evaluation materials as needed
  • Create presentation materials and data tracking for Academy marketing, recruiting, and reporting to Senior Management
  • Work closely with Compliance to adhere to Firm policies and procedures



  • Up to five years of experience in investment banking, investment research, and financial modeling
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment when working autonomously
  • Ability to multitask and re-prioritize assignments while maintaining attention to detail
  • Assertive and self-motivated; Ability to stand up for what is right for the Firm
  • Established organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff
