About the Company:
Our client is a New York based hedge fund seeking an Accounting Assistant. This person will act as a second assistant who performs a combination of bookkeeping and personal support to the CEO and his family. This person will work closely with the first assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping (bill pay, payroll processing for domestic employees, tax document collection)
- Schedule maintenance appointments for multiple homes and automobiles
- Run personal errands on an ad hoc basis
- Manage travel arrangements
- File & and store sensitive documents
- Assist with projects and ad hoc requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous administrative and personal assistant experience required
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Must have can-do attitude and be tech-savvy
