About the Company:

Our client is a New York based hedge fund seeking an Accounting Assistant. This person will act as a second assistant who performs a combination of bookkeeping and personal support to the CEO and his family. This person will work closely with the first assistant.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping (bill pay, payroll processing for domestic employees, tax document collection)
  • Schedule maintenance appointments for multiple homes and automobiles
  • Run personal errands on an ad hoc basis
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • File & and store sensitive documents
  • Assist with projects and ad hoc requests

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous administrative and personal assistant experience required
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Must have can-do attitude and be tech-savvy
