Change Management Specialist

About the Company:

Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM with strategies across industry sectors and asset classes. The Change Management Specialist will be part of the firms HR department and will be responsible for changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage stakeholder engagement plans
  • Support the design and delivery of training programs and provide input
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
  • Develop key benefits messaging around program benefits
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists, across teams, and departments

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10-12 years of relevant work experience
  • 5 years of experience in change management
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences

 

Salary Range: 

$160,000-$200,000
