About the Company:

Our client is a $12 billion dollar independent alternative asset management firm focused on investment opportunities in specialized credit. The Institutional Client Service Analyst will support current client servicing and fundraising efforts for the company globally.

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate with subject matter expert groups across the firm to respond to ad-hoc and recurring client requests
  • Complete requests for proposals (RFP), requests for information, operational due diligence questionnaires, and ad hoc requests on portfolio analytics from prospective and existing investors
  • Develop and maintain a database for due diligence requests and investor questionnaires
  • Create, update and disseminate client reports and marketing materials
  • Assist with and participate in client meetings including the preparation of agendas, coordination of participants, and customization of materials
  • Support strategic projects for new business development initiatives across the firm

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial services required preferably at an asset manager or bank
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work as part of a service-oriented group
  • Detail-oriented and a natural problem solver with the resolve to independently research problems and offer solutions
  • Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail

Salary Range: 

$85,000 – $95,000
