About the Company:
Our client is a family-owned electrical manufacturing company specializing in RF, microwave, and millimeter wave technology. The Compensation Manager will be responsible for managing the groups compensation programs and ensure they are aligned to the market and support the company’s talent strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compensation support for executive offers and leveling, organization restructurings, year-end and year-round compensation planning and specialized total rewards projects
- Manage and deploy total reward solutions that are linked to the firm’s overall business strategy
- Benchmark sales incentives and manage the continuous oversight and management of the company’s sales compensation plans
- Provide strategic business support understanding key business challenges and opportunities and provide total rewards solutions
- Manage the annual merit process in partnership with leadership
- Provide compensation analyses for new hires and job changes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or HR
- CCP certification preferred
- 5-7 years of compensation experience including designing, managing, and implementing compensation plans and programs
- Understand key global business trends
- Experience in supporting hourly compensation, exempt compensation, and incentive compensation
Salary Range:
$140,000-$180,000
