About the Company:
Our client is a global investment firm with strategies in energy, infrastructure, special situations, capital markets, and private equity. The Compensation Manager will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and administration of the firm’s reward strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate year-end compensation planning process: analysis, ongoing data management within the compensation system, and management reporting
- Ownership of compensation activity and headcount reporting as well as responsibility for continuous enhancement and improvements
- Coordination of annual compensation benchmarking process, including competitive analyses
- Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests across the firm
- Partner with HRIS lead to identify opportunities to enhance and/or streamline current reporting capabilities
- Ongoing data audits of the firm’s HRIS and compensation systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of compensation experience required
- Workday experience a plus
- Strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work with highly confidential information and maintain discretion
Salary Range:
$110,000-$130,000
