About the Company:

Our client, is an American multinational financial services company that offers services in investment management, securities, asset management, prime brokerage, and securities underwriting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the year-end compensation process working closely with the CEO, COO and Business Heads;
  • Administer cash and restricted stock compensation plans including award grants , vest processing, reporting and withholding obligations, other compliance/filings, and participant queries
  • Coordinate the processing of international payrolls through service provider, with review and sign-off of monthly payroll register, and funding through Treasury
  • Manage compensation delivery – bonus payments, relocation reimbursements, split payroll for assignees, and other comp programs
  • Amongst other responsibilities

Compensation:

  • $175,000k – $225,000 Base plus Bonus
