About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative investment management firm with over $55 billion in AUM. They are seeking Corporate Access Administrator who will help centralize the access provided by sell-side brokers on behalf of the Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Implement internal communication channels and processes to streamline the flow of broker advertised and firm originated Corporate Access events
- Create and manage meeting planners and manage logistics for all firm 1×1 meetings and calls
- Update and maintain internal proprietary portal information to manage forward looking event marketing requests
- Organize onboarding and internal portal education sessions with PMs and Analysts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Confidence to interact with and influence clients at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manipulate data
Salary Range:
$105,000-$115,000
