About the Company:

Our client is a global alternative investment management firm with over $55 billion in AUM. They are seeking Corporate Access Administrator who will help centralize the access provided by sell-side brokers on behalf of the Portfolio Managers and Analysts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement internal communication channels and processes to streamline the flow of broker advertised and firm originated Corporate Access events
  • Create and manage meeting planners and manage logistics for all firm 1×1 meetings and calls
  • Update and maintain internal proprietary portal information to manage forward looking event marketing requests
  • Organize onboarding and internal portal education sessions with PMs and Analysts

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Confidence to interact with and influence clients at all levels
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point and the ability to manipulate data
