About the Company:
Our client is a leading, global private investment firm with over $3 Billion AUM across private equity and credit businesses. They are hiring an Executive Assistant who will support high-level executives and help with the office management of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain multiple executives calendars, including coordinating and scheduling meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel by scheduling and planning flights and hotel bookings
- Responsible for updating, sharing, and tracking key documents and action items arising from team meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, arrange conference calls, and reserve conference rooms
- Work with the administrative team to plan team-building events and culture-related activities
- Reconcile monthly expenses and be well versed in the companies expense guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range:
$130,000-$150,000
