About the Company: 

Our client is a technology driven, multi-asset investment firm operating on a global scale. The Development Program Manager will support the ongoing development and engagement of the firm’s employees.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with L&D to help design, develop, and deliver leadership development programs that will enhance the skills and capabilities of the firm’s managers and executives
  • Manage quarterly performance reviews including rolling out new performance review tools and updating review templates
  • Help design and implement programs that foster growth, learning, and advancement opportunities
  • Conduct research on best practices in talent development and provide recommendations to optimize the firm’s programs

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-8 years of experience in talent development
  • Strong project management skills
  • Prior experience at a tech firm a plus

 

Salary Range: 

$150,000-$200,000
