Executive Assistant – Equity Investments

About the Company:
Our Client is a leading investment firm in NYC. This role works within the equity investing platform focusing on providing capital to companies with high growth environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Partner and two additional team members of a fast paced and dynamic Private Equity team.
- Heavy calendar management including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings and coordinating with other assistants
- Schedule conference rooms for internal and external meetings; greet guests and coordinate registration
- Complete detailed expense reports including tracking receipts and project codes
- Field phone calls and act as gatekeeper for the Partner and the team
- Organize complex travel arrangements including flights, visas, cars, hotels, and other reservations
- Coordinate, plan and manage large scale conferences and events
- Draft memos, proofing documents and preparing presentations and marketing/meeting materials
- Assist the team with project work as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of experience supporting a senior leader in a corporate setting
- Experience within Private Equity or Investments team required
- Team player – energetic, enthusiastic and personable
- Ability to work for demanding Executives within a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with the ability to remain poised under high-pressure
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
- Maintains highest level of confidentiality and integrity
- Experience with coordinating travel arrangements both domestic and international (familiarity with Concur a plus)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $90,000- $100,000 Base Salary
