Finance Operations Manager

About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative asset manager with over $750 billion in AUM with a focus on renewable power, infrastructure, private equity, and real estate. The Finance Operations Manager will be involved in both accounting and fund operations roles for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Assist with the external audit and tax reporting processes with big 4 firms
- Oversee the fund’s operations and credit facility maintenance
- Oversee and manage third-party fund administrator
- Ownership of the fund’s reporting and compliance processes, including but not limited to GAAP quarterly financial, annual audited financials, tax, and LP/GP reporting
- Assist and coordinate with other departments to fulfill fund operations, reporting requirements and responding to inquiries from investors
- Review management fee and waterfall calculations
- Monitor liquidity and manage capital calls, facilitate distributions, and review wires
- Oversee investor reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-7 years of experience within public and private accounting
- Fund accounting experience and real estate experience required
- Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and financial reporting technical skills
- Ability to multitask with good time management skills to meet multiple reporting deadlines
- Experience with Investran a plus
Salary Range:
$120,000-$150,000
