Responsibilities
- Treasury: wire prep, bank liaison, credit facility activities prep
- Portfolio: cash flows, fund vehicle allocations, investment activity tracking
- Reporting: assist in the review of admin prepared quarterly reporting
- Capital calls/distributions: admin direction/oversight, review of allocations and notices, waterfall calculations review
- Investor requests
- Returns calculations and regulatory reporting prep
- Special projects
Requirements:
- 2 – 4 years relevant experience, private accounting background preferred (versus audit); responsibilities include:
- Experience in task prioritization /multi-taking / time management
- Strong excel skillset (vlookup, index match, sumifs, etc.)
- Treasury / wire instructions/ funds flow background
- Fundamental understanding of basic accounting principles (Financial Statement / PCAP general knowledge)
- Analytical proficiency/critical thinking capacity
- Effective communicator
- Self-motivated and resourceful
Compensation & Benefits:
- $80,000-$100,000 Base Salary
