Global Benefits Senior Vice President

About the Company:
Our client is a financial technology platform that can evaluate and recommend market strategies for high-net-worth clients. The firm is seeking a Global Head of Total Rewards who will be able to manage all facets of compensation and benefits for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global benchmarking, data analysis, program development, and operational/administrative processes for compensation, medical, dental, disability, and other health and welfare benefits
- Lead the annual year-end compensation process
- Assist HR team in the market evaluation of jobs and review of jobs from a legal compliance
- Provide information, analysis, and implementation support for all M&A transactions
- Manage and maintain benefit programs, open enrollment, family leave, and other programs
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws pertaining to compensation and benefits
- Make recommendations to supplement and update offerings and policies to stay competitive and provide services aligned with employee needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 10-15 years of experience in a global benefits role
- In-depth knowledge of leave policies and benefits law
- Experience building compensation packages and bonus programs
- Experience with end-to-end management and reporting of employee data
Salary Range:
$180,000-$220,000
