Help Desk Engineer

About the Company:
Our client is an investment adviser with over $20 billion in AUM focused on investing in global credit and special situations. The Help Desk Engineer will join the firm at their Greenwich, CT location and will have a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Support, troubleshoot, monitor, and document the virtual and physical desktop and laptop environment
- Ownership, technical support and follow through of help desk related calls
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Properly triage and escalate issues to various technical groups and vendors
- Project tracking, reporting and highlighting areas for improvement
- Support and troubleshoot AV technology setup
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-8 years working as a help desk engineer
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Citrix, Windows 10, Office 365
- Active Directory administrative experience
- Windows directory permissioning
- Bloomberg and/or other market data support a plus
- Experience managing and supporting virtual desktops a plus
- Experience managing Azure, AWS, or other cloud providers a plus
Salary Range:
$100,000-$160,000
