HR Analyst

About the Company:

Our client is a top asset management fund expanding its HR team. This role will support the HR team with day-to-day operational responsibilities, specifically relating to compensation and analytics.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage standard and ad-hoc reports, templates, and dashboards for HR and workforce related metrics
  • Oversee regulatory reporting requirements and filings
  • Partner with Compensation Managers and HR Business Partners in year-end compensation process with reporting, reconciliations, sensitivity analysis, market data, and benchmarking review
  • Ensure data integrity in HR systems and processes
  • Maintain compensation system in Workday, which includes running system audits, updating compensation plans, maintaining job profiles, creating compensation related reports, and testing any system updates
  • Leverage Salesforce, Greenhouse, and other in-house systems to optimize data collection, reporting capabilities, and organizational metrics to help inform business decisions

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 – 5 years of work experience
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS software
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
