About the Company:

Our client is an asset management firm headquartered in New York looking to hire an HR and Recruiting Coordinator. This role will support senior executives and will interact will a diverse set of clients. The demonstration of a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial.

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinating logistics for the recruiting team
  • Candidate management, provide beginning to end support
  • Light calendar management for recruiting concerning interview scheduling
  • Reporting & CRM for recruitment
  • Manage candidate recruitment platform and extract reports and update database
  • Gather information from accounting/track recruitment invoices & fees
  • Exposure to junior level recruitment responsibilities
  • Put together job descriptions using past templates and accurately post jobs on job sites
  • Utilize analytical skills and a broad understanding of the business to interpret and anticipate the needs of the executives effectively and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executives in addressing issues
  • Create complex travel itineraries and meetings. Maintain a travel profile for each executive with updated travel documents
  • Assist with resume review

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Entry level recruiting support experience
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, including senior executives and outside contacts
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
