About the Company:
Our client is a privately owned real estate company that develops, owns, and manages sustainable and diversified properties and investments. The Human Resource Generalist will provide HR support to the commercial team of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with departments on staffing needs and develop job descriptions in coordination with the managers
- Act as a point of contact for all general inquiries
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified applicants
- Review background reports and complete reference checks
- Support the annual review process
- Assist in company-wide trainings and development programs
- Maintain employee files and help with new hire onboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years in an HR position with over 100 employees
- Payroll experience required
- Experience within the real estate industry a plus
- PHR or HR certification a plus
Salary Range:
$75,000-$85,000
