Our client is an investment adviser with over $20 billion in AUM focused on investing in global credit and special situations. The firm has over 250 employees and has been consistently ranked a top 10 firm in the country.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the investor document collection process and work closely with the investor, fund administrator, and fund counsel
- Ownership of the capital activity process across multiple fund complexes and funds-of-one
- Review reconciliation with fund administrators to ensure accurate processing of capital activity and investor records
- Produce and update internal reporting for the firm
- Identify and implement process improvements across all areas of responsibility including the use of new technologies
- Assist with cross-departmental projects to improve the flow of information across the firm
- Support the CRM framework
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of related experience at an alternative investment firm or a fund administrator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Salary Range:
$85,000-$90,000
