HRBP Coordinator

About the Company:

Our client is a diversified company specializing in financial and real estate services operating in the global financial and commercial real estate markets. This role will support the firms front office and human resource team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders within the business to facilitate a smooth employee onboarding experience
  • Provide front line support to employees and managers covering all aspects of the employee life cycle
  • Draft offer letters, employment agreements, and additional documents
  • Act as first point of contact for general employee inquiries
  • Maintains the firms HR information system records and compiles reports from the database
  • Comply with federal and state regulations regarding employment
  • Track and maintain checklists of new hire documents
  • Foster and build strong relationships with employees and management within the business

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • 4+ years human resources experience
  • Experience with Oracle or other HRIS systems

 

Salary Range: 

$75,000-$85,000
