Learning and Development Associate

About the Company:

Our client is a global alternative investment manager with over $50 billion in AUM who is seeking a Learning and Development Associate who will focus on building and executing learning programs along with diversity and inclusion efforts for the firm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Global Head of Talent and Diversity, HR Business Partners, and managers to plan the learning curriculum and diversity and inclusion initiatives that support the business, both firm-wide as well as department-specific
  • Partner with key stakeholders and various teams across the firm to handle all logistics required to plan and deliver learning programs and create training calendars and class schedules
  • Research and continually stay up to date on trends in learning and development across the industry in order to provide recommendations
  • Manage sign-ups and tracking of participation in training programs
  • Create post-training surveys; analyze results and highlight key takeaways
  • Work with Head of Talent and Diversity to evaluate and manage relationships with L&D vendors and diversity partners
  • Development and coordination of internship and analyst learning programs and events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or consulting
  • Proven track record of building and executing learning and development programs
  • Demonstrate good judgement and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive data
