About the Company:
Our client, a global investment bank is looking for a Marketing Project Associate.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and execute a strategic marketing program that highlights the client’s brand, advisory capabilities and bankers that reaches key stakeholders including clients, investors, and current and prospective employees
- Ensure the client’s brand is accurately presented across all platforms and communications
- Establish consistent pitchbook templates in partnership with banker steering committee; maintain all firm overview credentials to ensure consistent messaging and design across banker pitchbooks
- Draft and review internal communications materials (memos, talking points, etc) for personnel announcements, business changes, office openings, and other corporate level developments
- Manage internal communication channels (including email distribution, intranet and physical announcements) to communicate latest business and marketing updates to offices around the globe
- Design internal campaigns related to firmwide policy rollouts, new programs, and other firmwide initiatives
- Partner with HR colleagues to create and drive an effective internal communications strategy and engagement program aligned to business and HR objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of previous work experience
- Willingness to learn the investment banking business
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgement, particularly under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working at an organization with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups
- Proficiency with MS Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary Range:
$100,000 – $120,000
