Front Office Manager

About the Company:
Our client is a renewable energy company and is hiring an Office Manager. The position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment and problem-solving abilities, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, initiative, time management, and adaptability.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coordinating office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Oversee the guest experience, ensure a personal, friendly experience for everyone coming into the office
- Establish and implement various policies and procedures, measure outcomes against standards, and improve operational flow when identified
- Coordinate internal and external resources and cultivate relationships with vendors
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, Deputy CEO, and General Counsel as needed, including scheduling appointments and meetings, booking travel, mailing and shipping packages, and updating various phone and computer lists
- Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify and fulfill office supply needs, support and manage vendors and coordinate food delivery as needed
- Manage all aspects of the office’s space/infrastructure planning and provide answers, resources, and solutions as requested
- Organize company events, including team-building events and holiday parties
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-6 years of experience as an office manager or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Salary Range:
$85,000-$100,000
