About the Company:

Our client is the CEO and Founder of a prominent financial services firm headquartered in Beverly Hills, Ca with office locations in Manhattan, NY and Denver, Co.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar and meeting management
  • Coordinating of complex travel arrangements
  • Assisting with personal and business errands including scheduling of doctor appointments, personal vacations and other personal business
  • Email correspondence on behalf of CEO
  • Vendor Management
  • Household Management
  • Travel between NY and other locations that there are residences
  • Additional administrative tasks on an as needed basis

Requrements:

  • Client is seeking someone with 10+ years as a blended Executive / Personal Assistant
  • Must be willing to travel about 10% of the time
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
  • Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail (no matter how mundane)
  • Poised demeanor but with an approachable personality
  • Able to adapt and pivot in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
