Sales Operations Analyst

About the Company:

Our client is a top supply chain, B2B software, and business analytics company. They are looking for a Sales Operation Analyst to support their Finance, Professional and Managed Services Operations.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Point person for preparing quotes for new software and subscription sales with an emphasis on preparing accurate pricing and terms to customers
  • Work with partners such as IBM and Tableau to obtain special bid pricing to ensure our company is providing competitive bids
  • Register partner opportunities in partner portals and process assigned partner leads to the correct sales account executive
  • Collaborate with finance, professional and managed services operations to facilitate invoicing and accurate margin capture
  • Process orders and provide customers with their entitlements to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Respond to customer requests for information on licensing and subscriptions
  • Create and run reports utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
  • Facilitate CRM data cleanup efforts utilizing Excel formulas and other available tools to help prepare bulk data updates

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Hands on experiences with Salesforce
  • Able to complete all assignments in timely and organized manner
  • 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Administration role
  • Supported distributed sales teams in SaaS, Software, Professional Services or Managed Services domains
  • Customer-centric approach to support for both internal and external customers
  • Attention to detail particularly in pricing

 

 

Salary Range: 

$50,000 – $60,000
