About the Company:

Our client is a global asset management firm that uses Discretionary Long/Short, Macro, and Systematic strategies to invest in eight offices across the globe.



  • Develop, implement, and lead the summer internship recruiting and program (events, candidate pipeline, and program management) for business units
  • Manage the end-to-end experienced hire recruitment process to meet hiring goals, including creating sourcing strategies, assessing candidates, crafting offers, handling the negotiation, and closing of candidates
  • Develop effective candidate assessment frameworks, including facilitating interviews and leading calibration and hiring discussions
  • Partner with our Diversity & Inclusion team to set the campus diversity strategy and identify diversity partnerships
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leaders across the organization, developing a deep understanding of their strategic objectives and hiring needs
  • Partner with our Compliance team to ensure the recruitment process follows our core values

  • Excellent project management skills, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure
  • Team player with the flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles, and the confidence to manage interactions and expectations at all levels of the organization
  • A growth mindset and truly flexible; can shift tasks and priorities with circumstances change
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% during peak recruiting cycles and work flexible hours as needed
