About the Company:
Our client is a high-profile manufacturer of consumer goods and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead full-cycle recruitment processes for the firm’s corporate and retail positions. The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a liaison between candidates and the hiring teams, while also supporting the Global Vice President and Human Resources with the process, reporting, and administration activities.
Responsibilities:
- Source prospective candidates using database search techniques, track trends and movements within the industry
- Conduct phone screenings and schedule in-person interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with hiring teams to ensure requirements of open positions are being met, in accordance with business needs and objectives
- Manage the PRF process and track the progress of all open requisitions
- Lead pre-employment onboarding for all new hires
- Foster relationships with external agency partners on niche positions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of recruitment experience
- Extreme attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range:
$90,000-$110,000
