About the Company:
Our client is an alternative investment advisor and manager originating investments across three asset classes. The Talent Hire Manager will be responsible for the firm’s core hiring processes and will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and managing an appropriate portfolio of recruiters, and other sources of talent, to identify candidates for the firm’s diverse hiring needs
- Managing the end-to-end hiring process including role design, assessment process, and search management
- Partnering with managers to develop robust onboarding plans to ensure that new hires get up to speed quickly and efficiently
- Developing a job training platform to promote employee skill-building
- Developing and managing diversity, equity, and inclusion programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years professional experience in people operations and/or recruiting
- Collegial, transparent, and relationship oriented
Salary Range:
$100,000-$175,000
