Travel & Expense Coordinator

About the Company:

Our client is a leading global independent investment bank that provides innovative, unconflicted strategic advice to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities: 

  • Act as a point of contact for all day-to-day T&E matters including policy and process inquiries, exception-based approvals, and priority processing
  • Reviews T&E reports for compliance and accuracy, and processes for payment across the global platform daily
  • Systems manager for all expense processing and audit platforms including Concur, Oversight (audit tool), and corporate card
  • Review, document, and own US T&E policy; actively review trends with Corporate Services Manager and Corporate Services Analyst to ensure efficiencies and make recommendations to enhance policy, minimize risk, and achieve cost savings
  • Liaise with stakeholders including administrative teams and managers, Business Management, Accounting, and Employees of all levels across the Firm
  • Partner with the administrative management team to develop training for T&E processors and act as subject matter expert to provide training and convey best practices
  • Assist or lead ad-hoc projects across all Corporate Services work streams (T&E, administrative support, facilities, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years professional experience required
  • Must have basic level knowledge of Concur Expense
  • Proficient in Office and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills, able to interact with employees of all levels across the firm
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt is essential
  • Motivated self-starter and proactive team player with strong work ethic

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
