About the Company:
Our client, one of the fastest-growing asset managers focused on credit and private equity, is looking to hire a Vice President to join their finance team. This role will be dynamic in nature responsible for the preparation of monthly return estimates and reporting, investor NAV statements, and oversight for the various investment products and businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly work with fund administrator to review final NAV tie out for Funds and SPVs
- Monthly preparation of return estimates
- Entry of accounting data into accounting system and ensuring internal books and records are maintained parallel to the administrator
- Management and pricing of SPV entities
- Monthly preparation of management reports and client reports
- Preparation of ad hoc investor or marketing related requests
- Balance sheet and income statement analytics
- Ongoing review of various processes to evaluate consistency and establish control/process enhancements
- Management of new entity creations; work with external legal counsel, create new entities in Geneva, and maintain internal records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 2-5 years experience in fund accounting and public accounting
- CPA required
Salary Range:
$100,000 – $150,000
