Jess graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta. Shortly after graduation, she began her career in financial services at LPL Financial. It was there that she discovered her passion for connecting with people & building relationships. After two years, Jess decided to make the move out of the finance space, and into executive recruiting. Jess’s approach is to help our clients and candidates find their perfect match, by forming meaningful and lasting relationships. Everyone deserves to have a job they love and are excited about.
On a personal note:
Jess was born and raised in Long Island. She spends her summers going to country concerts and the beach. In her spare time, Jess enjoys spending time with friends and family, doing Krav Maga, and trying new restaurants.
