Michael graduated from Fordham University with a BA in Economics and a concentration in Business Administration. He began his career as a Financial Advisor Associate for Morgan Stanley, where he gained experience prospecting and understanding what it takes to exceed client expectations. The skills he learned as an advisor helped him build a strong foundation for his role in executive recruitment.
Michael is a people person—there’s no question about it. He loves forming new connections with clients and candidates and is eager to learn from them. One thing that sets Michael apart is his listening skills. He knows the value of communication and how to really listen to your needs, that way he can better achieve them. By connecting with his clients and candidates on a personal level, he is able to form strong and lasting relationships.
On top of his personality, Michael is in tune with the market and takes pride in keeping his clients and candidates up to date with economic trends. As an executive recruiter, his desire to help individuals achieve their goals is what drives him to succeed.
On a Personal Note
Michael was the captain of the Fordham University Men’s Club Lacrosse team. From calling the shots to inspiring others, Michael really knows how to lead a team. He also enjoys playing hockey, spike ball, and rooting mercilessly for the New York Jets. When he’s ready to take his competitiveness down a notch, he enjoys experimenting and cooking with new foods.
