About the Company:

Our client is a diversified investment management firm operating nationally and internationally. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for providing services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, orientation, compensation, learning & development, and employee relations, as well as engagement, culture, and diversity and inclusion.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in interviews and collaborate with the talent management team to assist in the recruiting and staffing needs for the firm
  • Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools, policies, and procedures to maximize employee performance, achieve organizational effectiveness, improve employee engagement, and ensure legal compliance
  • Analyze data, understand trends, and develop proactive solutions to further business objectives
  • Monitor and provide support to the business during annual processes such as performance reviews, calibration, compensation and rewards, and headcount planning
  • Work closely with HR team members to implement specific HR processes and transactions to support employee and manager-generated requests
  • Provide advice and counsel to management and employees on employee relation matters

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or organization development required
  • 5-8 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources positions
  • Demonstrated understanding of business process and how to change and improve to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate the resolution of interpersonal conflicts at all levels of the organization
  • Superior ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and in person on an individual, small, and large group situation

 

Salary Range: 

$130,000-$170,000
