About the Company:
Our client is a premier global independent investment banking advisory firm offering advice on matters to boards of directors, management teams, and shareholders. The firm also assists clients in raising capital and equity along with providing wealth and investment management services.
Responsibilities:
- Daily cash monitoring, processing journal entries, and prepping/issuing wires
- Assist in preparing budgets for the management company, and perform budget to actual analysis on a monthly basis
- Prepare month and year-end financials for the firm and its subsidiaries; update financial models on a monthly/quarterly basis with revenue assumptions based on the current forecast
- Perform forecasts based on current and expected future private equity and hedge fund revenue
- Work extensively in excel to maintain files, create ad hoc projects, and analyze data related to the management company, various hedge funds, and private equity funds
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- QuickBooks experience a plus
- Alternative investment experience a plus
Salary Range:
$75,000-$85,000
