Our client is a global investment firm with over $370 billion in AUM with an emphasis on supporting funds managed by women. The firm has expertise in multiple industries around the world, including aerospace, defense, and government services, retail, energy, healthcare, and many more.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end close process, including completing a NAV package with all the relevant supporting documentation, maintaining the fund-level waterfall, calculating performance figures, coordinate investor reporting to limited partners, assisting with corporate and regulatory reporting
- Calculation of management fees and carried interest
- Prepare financial statements, facilitate the audit and provide information for tax preparation annually
- Maintain investor allocations
- Analyze and prepare expense allocations and budgets
- Analyze complex fund structures and manage entities within these structures
- Identify and analyze daily cash activity for various fund entities
- Detailed review of valuation memos for private investments and reconcile across systems
- Assist with the preparation of Investor Requests and quarterly investor reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CPA preferred
- Public accounting experience preferred
- 3-4 years relevant work experience
- Previous hedge fund/PE Style/financial services experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Salary Range:
$75,000-$110,000
