About the Company:
Our client is one of the largest asset management firms with over $600 AUM is looking for a Corporate Accountant to join their Real Estate team. This role focuses on consolidation, external reporting, and valuations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quarterly internal reporting and external filings
- Communicate with various internal groups to reconcile intercompany transactions
- Perform central review checks, including current vs. non-current classifications
- Consolidate significant transactions and adjustment log submissions
- Prepare consolidation of journal entries
- Assist with the maintenance and review of the legal entity structure within the consolidation system
- Consolidate and reconcile valuations detail
- Review core operating metrics
- Prepare Assets Under Management detail
- Compile information for internal and external audit queries
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- CPA or on the path to qualification
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with OneStream or Workiva a plus
Salary Range:
$75,000-$90,000
