Operations Coordinator

About the Company:
Our client is a leading independent investment bank providing dynamic advisory services through all phases of the business cycle. They are hiring a Coordinator to support the Management and Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly review calendar, re-evaluate priorities, modify previously scheduled meetings, and demonstrate sound judgment when coordinating schedules in different time zones
- Coordinate with internal, cross-departmental teams, and external parties for conference calls and meeting requests
- Serve as the gatekeeper for incoming calls; be adept at screening and identifying sales calls
- Prepare and submit monthly expenses through Concur and monitor corporate card payment
- Be well versed with the firm’s travel & expenses guidelines; serve as a point of contact for admins on T&E related questions
- Proactively organize meeting materials for meetings/calls and provide summary notes
- Order office supplies, business cards, and ad hoc items
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Corporate Services and Facilities functions
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of proficiency in software packages
Salary Range:
$65,000-$75,000
