About the Company:
Our client is a long-short equity fund looking to hire a hybrid role of a Research Coordinator and Executive Assistant. The role consists of corporate & research access coordination with the sell-side, analyst research support, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel and expenses, and ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate corporate and research access with the sell-side
- Maintain team’s calendars, contacts, and tasks
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence for team
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Assist analysts with research and projects
- Liaise with internal and external contacts on behalf of the team
- Pro-actively anticipate work assignments whenever possible
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of previous support experience preferred
- Ability to manage team and other internal/external investment professionals
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness in executing projects
Salary Range:
$100,000-$110,000
