About the Company:
Our client is a private equity firm that specializes in buy-and-build investments that are headquartered in North America. The firm has completed 73 acquisitions primarily in business & outsourced services, industrial services, and specialty manufacturing sectors. The Investor Relations Associate will report to the Managing Partner of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Managing Partner’s efforts to identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with potential and current investors
- Manage detailed CRM related to contacts and interactions
- Prepare investor presentations and quarterly reports
- Work with the Firm’s COO/CFO to update and maintain the firm’s website and marketing materials
- Schedule calls and meetings for the Partners with investors
- Assist in managing the firm’s relationships with co-investors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of experience preferably in a financial services firm
- Strong written and communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
Salary Range:
$85,000-$95,000
