About the Company:
Our client is a private investment firm with a focus on global real estate with over $125 billion in AUM. The Office Coordinator will be based in their NYC office.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Stock the kitchen and supply room daily
- Manage and update conference room reservations within Outlook
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers; ensure all packages are delivered to appropriate party
- Monitor and manage multiple daily deliveries including lunch
- Manage work orders with building management company for repairs as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of previous experience
- Must be a notary
- Must be able to handle confidential information with the appropriate level of discretion
- Prior experience within private equity or financial services is preferred
Salary Range:
$70,000-$85,000
