Executive Office Assistant

About the Company:

Our client is a global investment firm with offices worldwide. They are seeking an Executive Office Manager for their downtown Manhattan office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day to day administrative support to investment professionals
  • Complex international travel management
  • Responsible for general office administration, including renovations, office moves, corporate credit cards, vendor management, and service contracts
  • Coordination of complex schedules and logistics
  • Maintain a professional, organized office environment
  • Assist in the planning of company events and initiatives both internal and external
  • Complete detailed expense and out of pocket reports including tracking receipts and charge codes
  • Order office supplies and help maintain proper inventory

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5-10 years administrative experience at a global or large professional services firm
  • Strong computer skills; including Microsoft Office
  • Maintain a friendly demeanor and a professional, neat appearance

 

 

Salary Range: 

$120,000-$130,000
