About the Company:
Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM with investment strategies in diverse industry sectors and asset classes. The HR Operations Manager will assist with onboarding new hires into the company, coordinating global mobility, answering employee inquiries, handling employee data, and supporting processes for HRBPs, and Recruiting and HR Services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct the work of a team responsible for the operational delivery across a broad range of critical employee life-cycle experiences such as employee inquiries, onboarding, performance management, employee movements, and offboarding
- Work with the Global Service Centre Manager to ensure BAU processes in the APAC region align with other regions
- Responsible for overseeing the effective transition of a number of global processes to the APAC region
- Act as the primary escalation point to help solve both day-to-day and more complex operational problems, as well as the primary point person for partnering on projects, initiatives, and process design with departments across the firm
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand service delivery expectations and ensure services meet or exceed expectations
- Accountable for the integrity of all employee data in Workday and within employee files
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8-10 years of experience in HR operations
- At Least 5 years of experience leading a team
- Competency with HRIS applications, preferably Workday
- Strong knowledge/experience in HR strategies, operations, policies, procedures, and compliance
Salary Range:
$145,000-$200,000
