About the Company:
Our client is a global investment manager specializing in liquid real assets within real estate, infrastructure, and natural resource equities. The Fund Administration Director will oversee all aspects of the fund administration, regulatory reporting, financial reporting, and oversight of third-party service providers.
Responsibilities:
Review and approve all financial and regulatory reporting
Review and approve expense budgets, management/administration, and shareholder servicing fee payments
Responsible for daily oversight procedures for the accounting system with third-party service providers
Assist in the planning and coordination of various business initiatives
Support the investment management team by managing and reviewing cash projections
Monitor third-party relationships including conducting onsite due diligence reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration
8-10 years of experience in fund accounting and fund administration
Strong understanding of collective investment trusts
Multi-currency accounting experience
CPA preferred
Salary Range:
$130,000-$160,000
