About the Company:
Our client is a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies that are in the retail and technology space. The firm is hiring an Administrative Assistant who will support two partners, along with managing the office for the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate calendar appointments, secure conference rooms/zoom links, and provide necessary materials and documents for meetings
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Manage all expense reports
- Manage day-to-day office operations including organizing all inbound and outbound mail, greeting visitors, and stocking and ordering office supplies
- Support with new hire onboarding
- Help plan office events
- Track and manage office-related expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of experience with heavy coordination and office management
- Experience with travel coordination a plus
- Proficient in MS office
Salary Range:
$75,000-$85,000
