About the Company:
Our client is a private credit investment firm with over $15 billion in AUM. The firm focuses on investments in private equity, special situations, and financing opportunities globally. This position includes coordination of all reception desk activities, assigning conference rooms and workspaces, facilities maintenance, and acting as a liaison with building management.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule conference room bookings
- Greet all guests
- Daily pick-up of lunch food deliveries
- Plan for evening deliveries
- Assist all users with telephone and video conferencing set-ups
- Answer all incoming calls for office main line
- Manage FedEx mailings
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and pantry items
- Keep common areas stocked and organized
- Coordinate onsite facility maintenance, office security, cleaning, and problem resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in business matters
- Flexible team player, proactive, motivated and enjoys a challenge
Salary Range:
$70,000-$80,000
