Tax Senior

About the Company:
Our client is an investment adviser with over $20 billion in AUM focused on investing in global credit and special situations. The Tax Senior will have primary review responsibility for investment partnership and special purpose vehicle tax compliance work.
Responsibilities:
- Review federal and state income tax returns for partnerships and corporations
- Prepare and review quarterly SPV income tax projections, accruals and tax estimates
- Review tax allocations, book-to-tax adjustments, state apportionment and withholding tax computation for investment partnerships, SPVs and JVs
- Prepare tax payment requests and organize tax filing calendar
- Monitor internal and external tax deliverable deadlines and set up priorities on various assignments
- Establish contacts and work as a point person with outside tax administrators and accounting firms for timely releasing of the K1s and filing of all tax returns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of partnership and corporate tax experience
- CPA Preferred
- Proficient Excel knowledge
- Experience in credit funds a plus

$100,000-$120,000
