Payroll Associate

About the Company:
Our client is a global investment firm with over $75 billion in AUM that uses creative strategies to generate maximum returns for its clients through syndicated leveraged loans, high yield bonds, asset-based leasing, and private equity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the processing of semi-monthly and monthly payroll for US and international locations employees
- Track and monitor equity-based compensation and work with other support function teams
- Assist with the preparation of payroll tax and 401(k) government filings, audits, and tax returns
- Prepare various forecasts, reconciliations, and ad hoc analysis on an as needed basis
- Prepare semi-monthly payroll summaries to record financial data
- Implement deferred compensation and equity-based compensation plans and maintenance and monitor and reconcile with appropriate supporting documents
- Compile initial and on-going equity-based compensation reporting requirement and disclosures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in a payroll function
- Experience and knowledge of equity-based compensation plans and structures
- Experience with Workday enterprise resource planning software a plus
- Proficient in Excel and various reporting software’s
Salary Range:
$95,000-$120,000
