HR Analytics Specialist

About the Company:
Our client is a global investment firm with over $75 billion in AUM that uses creative strategies to generate attractive returns for its clients through syndicated leveraged loans, high yield bonds, asset-based leasing, and private equity. HR Analytics Specialist will be responsible for compensation planning, headcount, D&I and budget forecasting.
Responsibilities:
- Help support compensation planning cycles, inclusive of communication, modeling, analysis and administration
- Conduct analyses with benchmarking vendors to ensure market competitiveness
- Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to provide solutions to compensation issues and/or address any compensation needs
- Prepare compensation reports, metrics, and analyses to support compensation decisions as needed
- Liaise with the finance and accounting teams on headcount and compensation reporting and budgeting
- Enhance HR reporting capabilities by supporting the development of dashboards and other reporting tools
- Provide HR business partners with relevant metrics and data-driven insights to support the recruiting process
- Partner with other teams in the firm for ongoing requests, reporting and data management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of compensation reporting/FP&A experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; v-lookups, nested and conditional statements, macros/VBA
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with Workday
Salary Range:
$80,000-$130,000
