Human Resource Manager

About the Company:
Our client is a capital markets group with over $6 billion in AUM with investors including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and insurance companies. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the execution of benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, and talent management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR guidance and support to business leaders and department heads
- Implement firm wide mandatory trainings and general human resource best practices
- Help create job descriptions and manage the firms staffing agency relationships
- Employee onboarding including background and reference checks
- Employee offboarding including exit interviews
- Administration of mid-year and year-end performance reviews
- Lead company benefit renewals including renewal comparisons, claims monitoring, and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar field required
- 6-10 years of experience as an HR professional
- Prior experience at a financial services firm a must
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment guidelines
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Salary Range:
$140,000-$175,000
