Office Manager

About the Company: 

Our client is a global alternative investment firm with $60 billion in AUM with strategies across industry sectors and asset classes.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Screen telephone calls, enquiries, and requests
  • Order and maintain inventory of supplies for the office, including stationery, pantry items, general office supplies, and technology supplies
  • Liaise with the building engineers and maintenance personnel
  • Receive, sort, and manage daily mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Set-up and coordinate meetings ensuring the rooms are properly cleaned and prepared
  • Prepare and process invoices for travel and expense reports
  • Coordinate heavy meeting and conference call schedules
  • Book all travel arrangements

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of experience as an office manager
  • Previous EA experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience building out a new office a plus

 

Salary Range:
